If you'd like to see our E-bikes before purchasing, you can do so!
You can set up an appointment to visit our office and look at whichever model you're interested in. That way you can make an informed decision on you purchase.

STOCK UPDATES
What happens if the bike you want is out of stock on your website?
No worries, we restock our inventory based on market availability. Just sign up at the bottom of this page for our stock updates list, and we will email you for a chance to pre-order your favorite model.
IN-STORE PICKUP
Most orders will be ready within one business day.
Please keep in mind that some items may require additional processing time to transfer from off-site locations. Other items may require additional processing time for assembly.
We will call or email you once your order is ready for pickup. If you need an item right away we ask that you call us to confirm that the product is available before heading over to our store. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% restocking fee will be charged.

At the moment that we turn over your purchase, it's required to present a photo Id (same as the name of purchase order), show the same credit card that it was purchase with, and receipt of purchase.
DELIVERY
During purchase, you will have the option to choose to pick up your item or to be delivered.

Local Delivery
After your purchase, we will be contacting you to coordinate the delivery date. Item(s) will be sent within 1-3 business days (under normal circumstances). At the moment of delivery, there must be someone designated to receive the item at the location, as a signature will be collected as proof. Delivery fee charges will depend on location, please contact us for pricing.

Free delivery apply only for areas such as: San Juan, Bayamón, Carolina, Trujillo Alto, Guaynabo, Caguas, Dorado, Cataño, Toa Baja, and Toa Alta.

All of our E-bikes are fully assembled, tuned, tested, and ready to go! For any questions please contact us.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT
We are proud to offer a 30-day limited warranty on our repair labor on shop-quality bikes and a one full year limited maintenance warranty (wear and tear parts such as breaks do not apply).
Some services may be exempt. Labor fees are non-refundable
Due to limited storage space, repaired bikes need to be picked up within 15 days or a 10% storage fee.

Within 7 days of purchase please stop by our office for a free maintenance check-up by appointment by calling 787-366-0886.
WARRANTIES
We offer a one-year FREE full warranty Tune-up and Maintenance service on all of our bikes.

For tune up and maintenance services please call or e-mail us to set up an appointment. You must leave your bike at our facilities overnight and we will contact you once it's tested and ready.

The warranty DOES NOT cover inner tubes, tires, breaks and water damage to electrical/electronic components.

Also:
We will objectively evaluate warranty issues and contact the manufacturer on your behalf. It is up to the manufacturer to honor their warranty, we will be assisting you within the process by providing them the information they require.
Manufacturer warranties generally only apply to normal use. Any abuse or crash damage is generally not covered.
In most cases, other than bicycles, we’ll replace the item on the spot if we believe the item to be defective and we’ll contact the manufacturer later so you don’t have to wait on them.
